First, we meet for a casual, 15-minute consultation call. This isn’t a high-pressure sales pitch. Instead, it’s a space for us to connect, discuss your unique aesthetic vision, map out a rough wedding day timeline, and ensure the collection you’ve chosen perfectly fits the flow of your day.
2. Proposal & Digital Contract
Following our call, we will email you a personalized online booking portal. Right from your smartphone or desktop, you will be able to review your customized collection, select any desired a la carte additions (like heirloom albums or extra coverage hours), and review your digital contract.
3. Secure the Date
To officially lock your date into our calendar, you will sign the digital contract and submit a 25% non-refundable retainer invoice directly through the secure online portal. Because we commit to a limited number of weddings each year to guarantee an elite client experience, dates are strictly awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Welcome to the Family
Once the contract is signed and the retainer is processed, your wedding date is officially secure! You will immediately receive our exclusive Welcome Magazine, a customized timeline workbook, and an invitation to schedule your complimentary engagement session. From this moment on, you have a dedicated partner guiding you through every photographic detail of your journey.
